Escape from the Tiny Kingdom: The Tallest Tale

PROBLEM
It’s vital for children with growth hormone deficiency use their injection device consistently and correctly, to grow big and strong. But a lot of materials out there just weren’t engaging or fun enough to hold a child’s interest or support their adherence.

SOLUTION
So we created an interactive adventure game that captured how sufferers really feel; small and confused in a world that feels massive. In The Tallest Tale, players are shrunk down and sent on a quest to learn about their device, and regain their normal size. Along the way storytelling delivers educational information in a format that young patients enjoy and repeatedly engage with.
